About Us

Three years of helping people navigate documentation, certificates and registrations — simply and reliably.

Our Story

DocumentationExpert started with a simple observation: getting a passport renewed, correcting a name on an Aadhar card, or registering a small business under GST or Udyam involves a lot of back-and-forth — different portals, different document requirements, and confusing timelines. For the past 3 years, we have worked with individuals, families and small business owners to make that process easier to understand and easier to act on.

What began as help for friends and neighbours with routine paperwork has grown into a structured service covering identity documents, certificates, business registrations, agreements and everyday application assistance — all organised on one page so people know exactly what a service involves before they start.

What We Do

We provide guidance and hands-on assistance across five broad categories of documentation work:

  • Identity & government documents — Passport, Aadhar, PAN, Voter ID, Ayushman, E-Shram, UDID, Senior Citizen Card
  • Certificates — Domicile, Resident, Income, Police Clearance, Disability, Ration Card
  • Business & registration — Gumasta, Udyam, Gazette changes, Bank account opening, GST
  • Agreements & legal — Rent agreements, Affidavits, Food licence, Partnership deeds
  • Everyday assistance — Aadhar-PAN linking, Learning licence, Ticketing

Our Approach

Transparency

Every service lists its typical processing time, required documents and indicative fees upfront — no surprises.

Reliability

Three years of repeat clients and referrals, built on following up until a document or application is actually done.

Simplicity

One organised place to find the right service, understand what it needs, and get started — instead of ten open tabs.

A Note on Independence

DocumentationExpert is an independent documentation-assistance service. We are not a government department, agency or office, and we are not affiliated with UIDAI, the Passport Seva programme, the Income Tax Department, the Election Commission, or any other government body. Official fees, forms and final approvals are always governed by the respective government authority; our role is to guide and assist with the process. See our Disclaimer for full details.
